What we cover

Film and television festivals, premieres and photocalls; casting and production news; red carpet appearances read as image and as style; and archive screen history — the casting that nearly went another way, the scene that was rewritten, the role that was turned down.

How we use press material

Images and footage supplied by festivals, studios and distributors are used for editorial purposes only, to illustrate coverage of the work or event they relate to. Every asset keeps the credit line supplied with it, printed in the caption on this site and in the end card of our social video. We do not reuse supplied material as generic illustration on unrelated subjects, and we remove any asset on request from its rights holder.

Standards

Our sourcing, verification and correction rules are published in full: Editorial Standards. In short — an article is written from at least two independent published reports, quotations are never reconstructed, and a subject we cannot source does not get a page.
